A 15–25 minute call covering vibe references, must-have family frames, venue constraints, and who manages the timeline on the day.
You receive a clear note: dates, team size, deliverables, timeline, travel, and payment schedule. Retainers secure the calendar.
We arrive early for getting-ready light, stay calm through rituals, and keep one lead eye so the story stays consistent across events.
Teaser reel first (when filmed). Full gallery and highlight film follow on the timeline locked in your booking note — with one revision round on the film cut.
