By accessing our website, purchasing services, or utilizing MS HOST, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our Services following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The use of this website, our professional IT services, and our operated platforms is subject to the following terms of use:

1. General Terms of Service

• To access and use our Services or register on our platforms, you agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information during and after registration, and you shall be responsible for all activities and actions taken through your registered credentials.

• You understand that upon initiating a transaction or confirming a project milestone for availing Services, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable contract with Meera Solution.

• You shall be entitled to claim a refund of payments made by you in case we are unable to provide the agreed service, subject to the timelines and conditions set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In case a claim is not raised within the stipulated period, you may become ineligible for a refund.

• Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms, neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform or delay in performing obligations if such failure results from a force majeure event beyond reasonable control.

• These Terms and any dispute or claim relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

• All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.

2. MS HOST Services

MS HOST is a hosting and application deployment platform operated and developed by Meera Solution and is available at https://host.meerasolution.com.

Customers may use MS HOST to purchase hosting, deployment, server compute, container deployment, and related infrastructure services made available through the platform.

MS HOST services may be subject to additional service-specific terms, pricing, acceptable-use requirements, cancellation terms, and refund conditions published on the MS HOST website.

3. Pricing, Billing and Payments

Pricing Transparency: Pricing for MS HOST services is published directly on the MS HOST Pricing Page and may vary depending on the selected plan, compute resources, container limits, bandwidth, or custom infrastructure configuration.

Billing Terms:

• Customers are required to pay the applicable fees for selected MS HOST services or resource allocations prior to or upon service provisioning.

• All applicable plan rates, billing frequencies, and taxes are clearly displayed during checkout before you initiate payment.

• Payments for services offered through MS HOST may be processed through authorized third-party payment service providers, including Razorpay and, where applicable, PayPal.

• Customers are responsible for providing authentic, complete, and accurate billing information and valid payment methods.

• Electronic receipts, invoices, and service records are made accessible in your account dashboard or emailed to your registered address.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

5. Service Availability & Maintenance

Meera Solution uses commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the security, continuous availability, and reliability of its services and the MS HOST platform.

However, temporary disruptions may occur due to essential maintenance, system upgrades, emergency security patches, or upstream carrier network outages. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free 100% uptime unless an explicit, written Service Level Agreement (SLA) has been executed between the parties.

6. Acceptable Use & Hosting Rules

When utilizing MS HOST or our server infrastructure, you agree strictly not to:

• Host, upload, or transmit malicious code, malware, viruses, trojans, crypto-miners, or spyware.

• Perform unauthorized vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, port scanning, or denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks against any network.

• Host content that infringes upon third-party intellectual property, violates privacy rights, or is unlawful under the Information Technology Act or other applicable laws of India.

• Engage in unsolicited commercial bulk messaging (spamming) or fraudulent phishing schemes.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

Meera Solution reserves the right to immediately suspend, throttle, or terminate your account or hosted MS HOST services in accordance with these Terms and applicable policies for legitimate operational reasons, including:

• Material violation of these Terms or acceptable use standards.

• Abnormal infrastructure resource consumption threatening platform stability.

• Unresolved non-payment of subscription fees or disputed charges.

• Direct orders, notices, or instructions issued by law enforcement or judicial authorities.

8. Customer Data & Content Ownership

Because MS HOST is a hosting and deployment platform, we maintain a clear distinction between:

• A. Customer Account & Billing Data: Identification, contact, and transaction details collected and processed by Meera Solution in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• B. Customer Application Data & Content: Source code, container images, databases, and application data deployed or stored by you using MS HOST.

Ownership: Meera Solution does not claim ownership or intellectual property rights in your deployed application code or content. You retain full ownership of your proprietary code and data. You are solely responsible for maintaining independent external backups of your data and for ensuring that your deployed content complies with all applicable laws.
